Tellworks Communications signed a 723K SF lease at Park 20/360 in Arlington. Park 20/360, owned by Ridge and Invesco Real Estate, is a 1.6M SF industrial development at 4101 Research Blvd.

“Tellworks operates facilities in 42 states, but the new warehouse in Arlington is our first superhub,” Tellworks Managing Partner Christo Makrides said in a statement.

The massive spec development began to deliver in November, with the last of the four buildings in Phase 1 delivered in January. The property is 71% leased. Phase 2 is on the way with another 360K SF.

“The vision for Park 20/360 has developed into a much-needed, state-of-the-art addition to the 100M SF GSW industrial district,” Transwestern Vice President Joe Rudd said in a statement. “It is extremely rewarding to see what was a dream 3.5 years ago become a reality.”
